Dexter man arrested three times in 34 days for driving while high on drugs, state troopers say
Michigan State Police say they've arrested a 28-year-old Dexter man three times in a 34-day span for driving on westbound I-94 while he was high on Xanax and heroin. No charges have yet been filed as troopers await lab results...
